Water disconnections for unpaid water bills will be Tuesday, June 21st at 8:00am. If you have not paid your water bill, please pay online at www.cityofhartshorne.com, drop your payment in the payment box located in front of City Hall or pay inside. Payments made before this time will prevent disconnection and reconnection fees being applied to your billing.

If you are within the CITY LIMITS of Hartshorne and would like to have trash or any items not listed below picked up at your residence, please contact the City of Hartshorne at 918-297-2544 and request that your address be included on the June 18th pick-up list. The deadline to have your address added to the pick up list is Friday, June 17th by 2:00PM. Listed below are the items that are NOT eligible for pick-up.

Monday evening 10.18.2021 the Hartshorne City Council voted to allow Bank Auto Draft for water bill payments to residents receiving water service through the City of Hartshorne. It was decided upon that if we have enough participants by December 31, 2021, we will be moving forward with this payment procedure. Federal Case Update - Shirley Day

The City of Hartshorne invites interested residents to fill out a victims report for Federal Prosecutors in regard the Case against former City Treasurer, Shirley Day.  Day entered a formal plea of guilty to one count of Theft of Federal Program Funds. Day agreed to full restitutuion of $160,043.00.  Formal sentencing will occur after or around 120 days from 06.07.2021. Because you are a resident of the City of Hartshorne, you are deemed a “victim” as well as the city itself.  We  encourage you to feel free to contact any council member, or come by city hall to pick up a form.  You can also present your submission as a document but the information needed in heading is available on the court provided form.  We ask you to return your statement as how this theft directly, indirectly, affected you as an individual citizen and the city in general.  Please return this to the city hall for delivery to the Federal prosecutors. Please use Victim Identification Number 6422205 when you are submitting your statement.
