City Hall is open from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.,daily
Water billing is open from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Citizens can use the outside drop box located next to the front door for any payments made after hours, weekends or holidays. Absolutely NO CASH is accepted.
City Hall is closed on Saturday and Sunday and observed holidays.

Trash is picked up for residents is every Monday.
We suggest that you have your poly-cart pulled out on Sunday night to ensure that it is picked up properly. If you have an issue with trash pick up you can always call or email us and we will take care of your concern promptly and to the best of our ability.
Since July 1st, 2018, no cash is allowed on any payments. Credit cards, debit cards, money orders and cashier checks will be allowed.
When paying a water bill you pay by money order, cashiers check, credit or debit card or a personal check.
When paying a citation you can pay by money order, cashiers check, credit or debit card.
Mayor
The mayor shall preside at all meetings of the city council and shall have a casting vote when the council is equally divided, and shall have the superintendency control of all the officers and affairs of the city, and shall take care that the ordinances of the city are complied with. The mayor shall also have whatever specific responsibilities that the council shall provide by ordinances or resolutions, and also the obligations provided by state statutes. The mayor can encumber up to $1,500.00 on purchases without a vote of the city council. (110.5 9-104-106)

City Treasurer
The city treasurer, after being duly elected, shall serve as an officer of the city and shall have the responsibilities of keeping the city funds in proper order. The city treasurer shall deposit daily all funds coming into his/her hands in such depositories as the council may designate; and shall disburse such funds in the manner provided applicable by law or ordinance. The city treasurer shall provide to the council a financial statement whenever required by the council; shall handle all billing for utilities (water, sewer, trash) and maintain records and deliquencies; provide list of all bills paid each month at council meeting. The city treasurer shall be computer literate and operate such equipment; shall do payroll, taxes, and insurance payments. The city treasurer shall maintain cemetery records, sales and stake out grave sites; shall handle all health insurance claims; shall handle and maintain drawdowns, records and such administrative duties on CDBG projects and other city grants; and shall act in other secretarial capacities, typing, handle messages, complaints, etc. (11 O.S. Section 9-113)

City Clerk/Court Clerk
The city clerk, after being duly elected, shall serve as an officer of the city and shall have the responsibility of keeping the journal of the proceedings of the council; shall enroll in a book or books kept for the purpose all ordinances and resolutions passed by it; and shall perform such other duties as the council may require by state statues. (110.5. Section 9-112)
The court clerk shall handle all records of fines, prepare court dockets, as well as all trials. He/she will also assume the duties of handling all paperwork related to court.
