What hours is City Hall open?
City Hall is open from 8am - 5pm daily. Water billing is open from 8-3 pm. Citizens can use the outside drop box located next to the front door for any payments made during lunch, after hours, weekends or holidays. Absolutely no cash in the drop box, please. City Hall is closed on Saturday and Sunday and observed holdiays.

918-297-2544. Our City Hall stays extremely busy. If for some reason you get a busy signal or the call is answered by the officer on duty, please call back or send us an email. We are here to serve you!
How can I contact the animal control officer?

What day is trash pick up?
Trash is picked up for residents each Monday. We suggest that you have your poly-cart pulled out on Sunday night to ensure that it is picked up properly. If you have an issue with trash pick up you can always call or email us and we will take care of your concern promptly and to the best of our ability.
Can I use cash to pay a citation or my water bill?
Beginning July 1st, 2018 no cash will be allowed on any payments. Credit cards, debit cards, money orders and cashier checks will be allowed.
What forms of payment can I use at City Hall?
When paying a water bill you pay by money order, cashiers check, credit or debit card or a personal check.
When paying a citation you can pay by money order, cashiers check, credit or debit card.
