City of Hartshorne – Water Utility Service Notice

Important: Delinquent Water Utility Accounts Subject to Disconnection

Customers with past-due water utility bills are at risk of having their service disconnected. To avoid service interruption and additional fees, please make your payment promptly.

Estimated Disconnection Date: Tuesday, June 24, 2025

Payment Options:

Online: Manage Your Water Utility Account Online

The City of Hartshorne now offers an easy-to-use online platform for water utility services.

Residents can:

  • View bills
  • Make payments
  • Set up automatic drafts
  • Opt for paperless billing

Payment options: E-check, credit/debit card, and automatic bank drafts.

To get started, visit https://cityofhartshorne.com/payment-options/
select “Utility Payment”, and follow the prompts.

In Person: Pay at City Hall

Note: City Hall will be closed on June 19, 2025, in observance of Juneteenth.

Drop Box: Available at City Hall for after-hours payments
