    IF YOU HAVE ALREADY PAID YOUR WATER SERVICES BILL, PLEASE DISREGARD THIS NOTICE.

    Important: Delinquent Accounts Subject to Disconnection

    Customers with delinquent water utility bills are at risk of water service disconnection scheduled January 20th 2026.

    To avoid interruption of service and additional fees, please submit payment as soon as possible.

    Online: View and pay your bill at
    https://bill.paystation.com/cityofhartshorneutil

    In Person: Pay at Hartshorne City Hall during business hours.

    Drop Box: Secure drop box available at City Hall for after-hours payments.
