Important: Delinquent Water Utility Accounts Subject to Disconnection

Customers with past-due water utility bills are at risk of having their service disconnected. To avoid service interruption and additional fees, please make your payment promptly.

The City of Hartshorne now offers an easy-to-use online platform for water utility services.

Residents can:

• View bills
• Make payments
• Set up automatic drafts
• Opt for paperless billing

Payment options: E-check, credit/debit card, and automatic bank drafts.

select “Utility Payment”, and follow the prompts.

In Person: Pay at City Hall

Note: City Hall will be closed on June 19, 2025, in observance of Juneteenth.
