Pittsburg County elected officials are honored to host the 40th Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner, continuing a long-standing tradition of providing holiday meals to residents across the county.
Meal Delivery & Pick-Up for Hartshorne Residents
Thanksgiving meals can be delivered directly to your home if you reside within Hartshorne jurisdiction and are home bound or unable to pick your meals up.
You may also choose to pick up your meals at Hartshorne City Hall, 1101 Pennsylvania Avenue on November 27, 2025.

Residents may register for meal delivery or pick-up during the following time frame:
Sign-ups open: November 5, 2025, at 9:00 AM
Sign-ups close: November 26, 2025, at 10:00 AM
For out-of-jurisdiction residents wishing to reserve a Thanksgiving meal, please call 918-423-7785 during the sign-up period.
