    Hartshorne Water Utility Service Notice

    Customers with delinquent water utility bills are at risk of having their services disconnected. To avoid service interruption and additional fees, please make your payment as soon as possible.

    Payment Options:

    Online: View and pay your bill: https://bill.paystation.com/cityofhartshorneutil

    In Person: Pay at City Hall.

    Drop Box: Available at City Hall for after-hours payments.
